Melissa Lansdell – Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) in Guelph

Melissa Lansdell offers individual counselling in Guelph for adults navigating life transitions, grief and loss, burnout, career change, self-esteem and the search for direction through change. Life does not always unfold according to plan, and even capable, resilient people can find themselves questioning what comes next after a career change, loss, relationship shift, health concern, caregiving responsibility, injury or burnout.

Melissa is a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) practising under clinical supervision in Guelph while completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She also holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Carleton University.

Before moving into the mental-health profession, Melissa spent more than 15 years supporting people through leadership and career development. That background continues to shape the warm, practical and collaborative way she supports clients today — an experience that particularly resonates with professionals, leaders, caregivers and people accustomed to being capable for everyone else who now need a supportive space of their own.
