Natasha is completing her Master of Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University, building on her undergraduate studies in Sociology and Psychology. She is passionate about creating a space where clients feel genuinely heard, supported, and understood in a way that feels safe and nonjudgmental.
Her approach to therapy is rooted in warmth, authenticity, and collaboration. She incorporates elements of person-centred therapy and cognitive-behavioural approaches while continuing to explore various evidence-based modalities, such as Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Attachment Based modalities. She values meeting clients where they are and tailoring her approach to their unique experiences, ensuring that they feel validated, understood, and empowered in their personal growth.
Outside of her practicum, Natasha enjoys art, photography, listening to podcasts, and going on nature walks. She believes therapy is a space to connect, feel heard, and be supported by someone who is fully present. Natasha is honoured to walk alongside clients as they navigate their journeys.
