Psychotherapist Marinela Trickett, MACP, RP, NLP, has been working with stress management for over a decade now.
She has been working with people suffering from Borderline Personality Disorder in clinical setting and private practice for a number of years as well. She has additionally worked extensively with poly-substance and behavioral addictions, with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, age, and socioeconomic status, complex post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Anxiety, Depression, LGBTQ, and Sex Addiction. She has worked closely with Veterans, struggling with decades of combat trauma, victims of human trafficking, loss and grief.
Marinela believes and practices client centered, talk therapy, multi-modal approach. She has training and experience utilizing Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focus Therapy (EFT), Somatic Experiencing (SE), child psychotherapist and Mindfulness modalities as well as Neuro Linguistic Programing (NLP) coaching and Time Line Therapy.
In her work, she incorporates our "hardware", or the physical body and the physiological manifestations of emotion as well.
Marinela Trickett, in collaboration with the client aims to find the balance between the areas in which they want to introduce change and those that they have mastered by bringing compassion to every interaction she has with her clients.
She also believes that only tender care leads to healing on their path of building life worth living!
German has been working more than a decade with people and groups helping them to overcome to
their own struggles in individual sessions as a psychotherapist using a multi-modal approach that is oriented to fit with the unique needs of each individual needs with talk therapy.
With a Latin-American background where he got a master’s degree in Psychotherapy, German has
experience helping clients with their emotional and mental disorders, such as:

Co-dependency
Trauma
Lack of self-esteem, and vocational struggles
As a former University teacher, he has worked with youth helping them with their own issues, as well as
with adults that have been feeling emotionally stuck, lost on their life goals, or struggling with their
current relationships or career troubles.
He believes that mutual collaboration is the best way to find your path to emotional healing by using
your own strengths and skills working for your own needs and goals.

Eleni Kapetanios is a Master Practitioner of NLP, Timeline Therapy® and hypnosis, The Simpson Protocol, The Wholeness Method and Core Transformation, and has been practicing since 2017.
She is currently completing her Masters in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University to become full time psychotherapist afterwards. She is registered member of CRPO.
Eleni specializes in anxiety, stress and depression, and her empathetic, client-centered approach helps clients heal the past so they can feel joy in the present and look forward to the future. Using multiple modalities, based on the client’s needs, Eleni works collaboratively with her clients helping them work through difficult emotions and past events so they can heal. Eleni believes that everyone has the power to heal through talk therapy, they just need a tour guide, and she is thrilled to be your guide as you come to recognize your wholeness, resilience and strength.

Breann Lavigne is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and a member of the Ontario Association of Social Workers. Breann is in good standing with both of these professional bodies. Breann has obtained her Bachelor of Social Work at Laurentian University and Master of Social Work at Western University. Breann has been in the social work field for 8 years.
Breann has obtained training and education concentrating in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Level One and Two), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Trauma Informed Practice. Breann also has knowledge with harm reduction, mindfulness and narrative therapy interventions. Breann has extensive experience working with people living with mental health and addiction concerns at various severities as Breann has worked at residential treatment and hospital settings. Breann adapts her approach and talk therapy techniques to client’s unique goals, as meeting the client’s goals and objectives for their therapy sessions is her main priority as a psychotherapist. Breann has experience working as both an individual and couple therapist.
Hayley Ratcliffe, Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) is at the last stage of completing her Masters degree in Counselling Psychology. She is registered member of CRPO.
Her therapeutic philosophy is rooted in meeting clients exactly where they are in their life’s journey. This approach has been instrumental in guiding numerous individuals towards rediscovering themselves or evolving into the person they aspire to be. Hayley’s educational background, which includes an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Women’s and Gender Studies, profoundly shapes her perspective. This education has provided her with an intersectional feminist lens, allowing her to appreciate and address the diverse experiences and backgrounds of her clients.
Hayley’s method of talk therapy is deeply humanistic, emphasizing trauma-informed and person- centered care. However, she remains flexible and adaptive in her approach, tailoring her methods to best suit each client’s unique needs and circumstances. Among the various therapeutic modalities, she employs are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gestalt Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Somatic Experiencing (SE). This eclectic mix ensures a comprehensive and effective approach to mental wellness.
Outside of her professional life, Hayley enjoys spending quality time with her dog, indulging in video games, listening to audiobooks, and engaging in various crafting activities. Her hobbies reflect her well-rounded personality and contribute to her empathetic and relatable approach
to therapy.
